Terms of service

1. Introduction These Terms of Service govern your use of the FIRKINO online store and your purchases from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and contract Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, in case of pricing errors or stock issues), in which case any payment is refunded.

3. Prices and payment All prices are shown in SEK and include VAT (moms) at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken via the methods offered at checkout. Title to goods passes to you on full payment.

4. Delivery Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you (as a consumer) when you or a carrier you arranged takes possession of the goods.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as set out in our Refund Policy, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

6. Warranty and complaints Consumers have a statutory right to complain about defective goods for up to 3 years (reklamationsrätt) under Swedish law.

7. Liability Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumers may refer disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
