Shipping policy

Order processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery within Sweden We ship with established carriers such as PostNord, with home delivery and parcel-locker/pickup-point options where available. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the chosen delivery method. Any free-shipping thresholds will be displayed in the store.

International shipping If we ship outside Sweden, available destinations, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply outside the EU.

Lost or delayed parcels If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@firkinio.com and we will help track it and find a solution.
