Refund policy

Returns & Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen). You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by email at support@firkinio.com within the 14-day period. You may use the standard EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Condition of returned items You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please return items in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Refunds We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise.

Return shipping costs Unless stated otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Faulty or incorrect items Your statutory right to complain about faulty goods (reklamationsrätt) applies for up to 3 years under Swedish law. If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us at support@firkinio.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
